Our standard ingredients include: plain flour, salt, baking powder, butter, sugar, vanilla essence, eggs, pure icing sugar, water, egg white powder, and royal icing. For our vegan cookies, we use vegan butter, sugar, unsweetened almond milk, cornstarch, vanilla extract, almond extract, all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Gluten-free cookies are made with gluten-free flour. Some of our flavored cookies, like the double choc chunky cookies, Pandan and coconut cookies may include additional ingredients.
